Agence très sérieuse.J'avais réservé plusieurs semaines à l'avance en me fiant aux avis. Je n'ai pas été déçue. Quelqu'un nous attendait à l'aéroport. Nous avons effectué le contrôle du véhicule et sommes partis sans perte de temps. La voiture était en très bon état, propre et deux petites bouteilles d'eau nous attendaient à l'intérieur car il faisait chaud. Pour la restitution à l'aéroport, il a suffi de stationner au dépose minute et prévenir. Quelqu'un est tout de suite arrivé et tout s'est bien déroulé. My family and I booked with Nice Rent for our trip to Portugal in May 2024. Great service from start to end from this family-run business. The booking process and car collection were both very smooth, and customer service and communication were excellent throughout. On arrival we received thorough information on the car and returns process. Voiture réservée à la dernière minute par téléphone, très bon accueil et très réactif.
Ils déposent la voiture à l'aeroport et la récupère au dépose minute.

great experience.We were met at arrivals by nice rent people, car was immaculate high spec including sat nav and V chip for highway charges which was fantastic. Very personal service compared to the large rental companies. Met by nice rent guy at departures. This has been the best experience we have had with hiring a car in terms of communication, support and service.
To show the professionalism of the manager Rui and his team, we were dropped off at a different place by the bus,to what had been arranged ,so the staff kindly delivered the hire car to us in the town rather than meeting them at the airport.
All staff have been lovely to deal with.

Everything was exceptional - communication before, the pickup from the airport, the car, transparent pricing, car seat, and returning the vehicle.

Avons reservé en avril sur Faro.
Très bonne agence locale. A l'écoute et au moindre problème ils sont très réactifs.

Najlepšia požičovňa aut. Milý a ochotný  personál nám všetko vysvetlil. Dokonca  nám poskytli bezplatný upgrade auta. Auto bolo v perfektnom stave. Na konci sme nemuseli odovzdať auto na letisko, ale stačilo v ich depe odkiaľ nás zadarmo odviezli na letisko a bez starosti.
