1. Club\u00b4s Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n The Wylie\u00b4s Club is designed for regular visitors to the Algarve and Portugal; property or time-share owners, their families, friends or guests.<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n 2. Membership\u00b4s Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n Any client who complies with point n\u00ba 1 and wishes to become a member are entitled to obtain the Club membership. Membership\u00b4s Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n Clients who are issued with an Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club membership may take advantage of the following benefits:<\/p>\n (a) 10% immediate discount<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n 10% Discount on Rentals for Club\u00b4s Members Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club members will be entitled to a 10% discount on every year\u00b4s official Algarve Lover\u00b4s rate, published by Nice Rent. The membership n\u00ba will be required upon booking. <\/p>\n (b) 10% Discount on Rentals for guests, family and friends.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club member\u2019s guests (friends and family) will also be entitled to a 10% discount on every year\u00b4s official Algarve Lover\u00b4s rate, published by Nice Rent. The membership n\u00ba will be required upon booking. <\/p>\n (c) Bonus<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Club members will be given the opportunity to earn Bonus Discounts which may be redeemed on future rentals. See point 5. 2nd driver for Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club members and guests will be free of charge.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4. Club & Bonus Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The Club member, their guests, family & friends shall use the Club member\u2019s membership n\u00ba in order to obtain their discount and accumulate the Bonus Discounts:<\/p>\n (a)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>During each year\u00b4s calendar, Nice Rent will keep an updated record of the Club members Bonus. The bonus will be valid from 1st January of the following year and will be valid for 12 months. <\/p>\n (b)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Bookings shall always be made directly trough Nice Rent\u00b4s Head Office. They can\u00b4t be made by any third party acting as an agent. <\/p>\n (c) <\/span><\/strong><\/em>The Club member will be the only responsible for all his Bonus discounts. He will be able to use them as he wishes best.<\/p>\n (d)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>The Club member and guests discount, can\u00b4t be used against any other, already discounted rates, such as the special discounted monthly rates.<\/p>\n (e) <\/strong><\/em> The Club member discount and bonus are only compatible with the free upgrade offer.<\/span><\/p>\n (f) <\/span><\/strong><\/em>A minimum of 10 days rental per year is required to entitled member to the Bonus Discount.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5. Bonus Discount Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n Regardless the group of car rented and in addition to the discount already obtained, for each euro (\u20ac) spent, Club members will accumulate 1 point. Each point will be converted to 0.10 Euros. <\/p>\n Example: If you accumulate 300 points (\u20ac 300.00) you\u00b4ll be earning \u20ac 30.00 for next year\u00b4s rentals.<\/p>\n The reference value for the attribution of bonuses, does not include the value of the extras, it only applies to the base value of the rental.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6. Use of Bonus<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bonus Discounts accumulated may be offset against payment of any rental, including payment for insurance excess waiver, Supercdw waiver, personal insurance, extra driver\u00b4s or child seats. <\/p>\n 7. Membership<\/strong><\/p>\n Each Club member will be given a membership n\u00ba, which is not transferable. Participation in the Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club scheme and the use of membership n\u00ba, imply knowledge and acceptance of the general terms and conditions. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 8. General<\/strong><\/p>\n (a)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span> The current general terms and conditions are valid from January 15th, 2016.<\/p>\n (b) <\/span><\/strong><\/em>Nice Rent reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions at any time.<\/p>\n (c)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Nice Rent agrees to notify Club members in writing of any changes to the general terms and conditions, or to the general scope of the scheme.<\/p>\n (d)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Should Club members wish to make any amendments to their personal details, they should communicate such changes by email to the Algarve Lover\u00b4s Club Secretary.<\/p>\n (e)<\/span><\/strong><\/em> Nice Rent reserves the right to cancel the loyalty Club at any time by giving three months notice of the cessation of the scheme to its Club members. Nice Rent shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Club members as a result of the cessation of the scheme. <\/p>\n (f) <\/span><\/strong><\/em>Where the reason for cancelling the scheme is force majeure, Nice Rent shall not be obliged to give three months notice of cessation to the Club members.<\/p>\n (g)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>Personal information may be registered in databases and computer files. The person for whom information has been registered may gain access to and verify or delete such information. (d) Free 2nd Driver<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
In order to redeem the Bonus Discount, the Club Member must book the car directly trough Nice Rent head office and request his updated Bonus Discount account. Afterwards he must instruct Nice Rent staff, how much discount he wishes to use on the rental. Should the discount available is not enough to pay for the rental, the remaining amount, shall be paid by the Club Member accordingly with the official Club\u00b4s rate in force on the date of collection of the car. Bonus used to pay for rentals are not counted when calculating the Bonus discount to be awarded.
